Sylvania Duplex
It has been a very productive few weeks at our duplex project in Sylvania. The upper frames were stood, and roof frames completed
The Unit A pool was dropped in, which was very exciting to see. It took 5 guys and a crane to guide it through the middle of the house until it was safely dropped into position. A massive achievement for the team that was on-site.
The coming weeks will see the roof sheets and box gutters go
on, preparing it for lock up stage.
Maroubra Renovation
We are reaching the final weeks of this project. With the plastering now
complete and the painters underway. We have also seen some exciting milestones
met with the installation of the stairs, both the bathroom and laundry tiles
have been installed and the plumber has been on-site finalising the installation
of toilets, bath, and fittings.
The next major step will be the installation of the flooring. We can’t wait
to see the final touches made to this project.
Oyster Bay Renovation
Our Oyster Bay renovation is also progressing nicely. The past month has seen a huge amount of work completed with the roof going on and front entrance nearing completion.
