LOFTUS

With the ground floor and first floor slabs in and the frames beginning to go up, the sheer scale of this new home can now be seen.

A busy couple of weeks ahead as the team prepare for the installations of all first-floor frames and trusses.

Exciting times for the team and client’s as this project really begins to take shape.

EASTLAKES 

The first floor addition is now complete with only some minor touch up’s remaining. This project has been a privileged to work on and we can’t wait to celebrate with the clients in the coming weeks. 

COWAN STREET

The past fortnight our clients have enjoyed watching their home transform from a Skelton of timber frames to an almost finished upstairs addition.

The team has been busy sheeting, setting, and sanding all rooms ready for the painters to complete all ceiling, walls, and skirting’s.

Our amazing tiler Brian managed to finish both bathrooms, with the Pinnacle undertaking the fix out to all areas. In addition, three magnificent skylights were installed.

The coming weeks will see the construction of the internal staircase, the upstairs rooms painted, bathrooms being fitted off and wardrobes installed.  

Not long until this job will reach completion.

 SHORT STREET

Our latest project is well underway, with the roof coming off, large steel support beams going in and the new first floor going down.  

All first-floor frames have been delivered ready for installation….
