Project Updates
Glenhaven Place
Getting out of the ground always proves to be the most time-consuming part of any project. But now that the slabs are down the recent week have seen the wall frames go up, with the size of this new homes becoming evident.
Unfortunately, due to the current timber shortages, we have been held up in receiving the materials required for the structural rafters needed to complete the roof. Hopefully, we shouldn’t have to wait too much longer, as once this delivery arrives it will be all systems go to lock up stage.
Short Street – Oyster Bay
The first stage of this project has now been completed. This has seen an entire first floor addition added with a spectacular bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom including walk in robe, ensuite and fireplace. It has been a busy couple of months which has seen windows installed, and contractors from painters, tilers, electricians, carpet layers, joiners for stairs and wardrobes etc all working together to transform this beautiful new family home addition.
Stage 2 which comprises of the ground floor works including new windows, a brand-new kitchen and removal of walls in order to reconfigure the entire ground floor layout has commenced. This has been a very exciting project and we can’t wait to show you once it is complete.
Well done to the team who have worked on this project.
Wolger Street - Como
This first-floor addition is really starting to come along. The recent weeks have seen the cladding applied to the first floor which has resulted in this project reaching lock up.
Inside is now completely sheeted, with doors, skirting and architraves ready for painting. We have also seen the installation of the internal stairs which has opened the home and allowed the lower level to officially be connected to the new addition.
The coming weeks will see the commencement of internal and external paint works along with works on the bathroom in preparation for the tiling works to get underway.
Well done to all involved in getting this projected locked up in records time.
Loftus New Build
This project is proving to be one of our biggest as it begins to transform into an amazing family home. The recent weeks have seen all of the windows and doors installed, internal sheeting and linings, rough in of all electrical and plumbing and the exterior render works are underway.
The transformation is beginning to take shape as we have seen the entire first floor covered with under floor heating, and works have begun ready for the installation of a swim spa.
A huge effort by everyone involved.
